All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Cancellations made up to 35 days before departure will result in loss of deposit; cancellations made within 35 days of the date of departure will result in loss of full tour cost.

We do not allocate seats on the coach unless specific seating is requested. If you have any accessibility needs please let us know so we can assist and accommodate.

It is the clients responsibility to be at the departure points at the correct time

All itineraries are finalised 10 days before departure; any itinerary up to this point must be taken as provisional. We do not accept responsiblity for any monies lost as a result of changes to the itinerary. We reserve the right to make further changes to the itinerary due to weather or traffic. Room requests can be taken but cannot be guaranteed. Triple rooms are made up of one double bed and one single bed/sofa bed. Single supplement applies. Dinner includes 2 courses (main course & dessert) and is served as a group at a set time as per itinerary. Dinner from alternative menus cannot be ordered in this package. Dinner in the hotel is served at a set time, we recommend clients coming down to dinner promptly to make sure parties are seated together. Any latecomers to dinner cannot be guaranteed to be seated together. Breakfast is served as a group at a set time as per itinerary.
