Terms and Conditions of Skelton Travel Ltd. for Football coach tour packages. Published 8.6.2018
When booking you agree to the terms and conditions of Skelton Travel all bookings are taken as evidence that these Terms and Conditions have been read and accepted.
All deposits are non- refundable unless in the case of Covid-19 restrictions coming back into place, then we will endeavour to reschedule any bookings or offer refunds for monies paid. Full itinerary will be sent either by post or email 10 days before departure. Furthermore, we reserve the right to make any late changes to ferry crossings/routes/times due to instances out of our control ie/ traffic, weather. If a ferry is late we may decide to travel on a different ferry/take an alternate route to ensure our clients make it to the football match on time we are not responsible for any plans disrupted/monies lost by clients as a result of these changes. Matchday tickets will be distributed on coach. All tickets MUST be returned to courier after game. Failure to do so will result in a charge being applied to your card. All matches are subject to change due to TV scheduling & team involvement in other competitions. If the date of your match changes; your booking will automatically transfer to the new date; no refunds will be given if you are unable to attend the new date. All tours are subject to sufficient numbers. Full balances are due 6 weeks before departure.
Due to the ongoing Covid-19 restrictions & potential limited capacity in stadiums, we are unable to guarantee match day tickets until 3 weeks before kick-off. We will email all clients when matchday tickets are confirmed. In the event that matchday tickets cannot be secured; you will be offered a place on an alternative match (pending availability) or a refund of any monies paid. We are not responsible for any loss of monies due to not being able to supply tickets. We highly recommend that if you are making your own travel arrangements that you wait until you receive an email confirming your tickets before making any bookings.
All persons travelling on the coach should undertake, accept and follow the instructions issued by coach driver and/or courier. Any persons failing to comply with the instructions will be removed from the trip and no refunds will be issued. No alcohol is allowed to be consumed on any coach. We also operate a no bag policy on the coaches; everything should be placed in the hold below.
Travel insurance is not included with any package booked, we recommend that you purchase travel insurance prior to travelling.
Complaints: If you have a complaint please notify the person in charge immediately. If the issue is not resolved to your satisfaction, please notify our office in writing 14 days after your return.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS CHELSEA, ARSENAL AND TOTENHAM
When booking you agree to the terms and conditions of Skelton Travel. Please note all games are subject to change. Your booking will be valid for whatever date the game takes place. Flight prices are based on early bookings at least 8 weeks in advance. A non refundable deposit of £80 is required at the time of booking. All balances are then due 28 days before departure. All flights are non transferable and non refundable. Please ensure all tickets/ cards are returned after the game. Failure to return the tickets /cards will result in additional charge. Credit cards are subject to a 3.5% credit card fee, no additional charge for debit cards. Triple rooms are classed as 2 x Double beds / 1 x Double + 1 x Sofa bed; No more than 3 adults to 1 room. Family room ia 2 Adulta + 1 -2 Children. Single supplement for all games is £65 per night. Child reductions on overnight stay only available when sharing with two paying adults.
The information contained in our brochure, on our website and in our other advertising material is believed correct to the best of our knowledge at the time of printing or publication. However, errors may occasionally occur and information may subsequently change. You must therefore ensure you check all details of your chosen holiday (including the price) with us or your travel agent at the time of booking.
Should you have a complaint about any aspect of your booking you must notify a representative of Skelton Travel. Any verbal notification must be put in writing and given to Skelton Travel as soon as possible. Most problems can be dealt with quickly. If you remain dissatisfied, you must write to us within 28 days of your return. Any complaints concerned with the arrangements of your holiday will be dealt with carefully and fairly by our staff.
