Terms and Conditions of Skelton Travel Ltd.

When booking you agree to the terms and conditions of Skelton Travel. All bookings are taken as evidence that these Terms and Conditions have been read and accepted.

 

Skelton Travel Football Packages

 

- Man Utd only

 Please note that with the introduction of digital ticketing systems - at Man Utd only those with paid Man Utd memberships may avail of ticket sevices. Membership is not included in this package and must be purchased by the client from the club separately.

Matchday tickets will be distributed digitally prior to departure. If you have any issues with these please speak to the courier onboard.

 

- Liverpool only

Due to the new ticketing system at Anfield – all match tickets will be digital and held on a mobile phone wallet. This will be distributed on the coach by our courier on board and must be returned after the game. Failure to return the phone will result in a charge being applied to your account. Skelton Travel reserves the right to cancel any tours up to 14 days before departure for any reason. When confirming your booking you are agreeing to the terms & conditions set out by Skelton Travel on behalf of you and all of your party.

 

 

- Man Utd, Liverpool, Tottenham, Arsenal, Chelsea, Leeds, Everton, Aston Villa & Man City

All deposits are non- refundable, there are no exceptions to this. Full itinerary will be sent either by post or email 10 days before departure. Furthermore, we reserve the right to make any late changes to ferry crossings/routes/times due to instances out of our control ie/ traffic, weather. If a ferry is late we may decide to travel on a different ferry/take an alternate route to ensure our clients make it to the football match on time – we are not responsible for any plans disrupted/monies lost by clients as a result of these changes. 

 

All matches are subject to change due to TV scheduling & team involvement in other competitions. If the date of your match changes; your booking will automatically transfer to the new date; no refunds will be given if you are unable to attend the new date.

Please be aware that the date of the scheduled match is the date on your booking; for two night/overnight coach tours we may depart the day before depending on confirmed kick off times. Full itineraries will be posted 10 days before departure, please familiarise yourself with the dates & times given. We will not be held responsible for failure to correctly read the itinerary. If you have booked a ticket & hotel package with us that does not offer travel, Skelton Travel take no responsibility for any monies lost as a result of costs incurred if the game schedule changes.

 

Child reductions are available, only when a child (aged U16) is sharing a room with 2 adults. Triple/Family rooms are made up of a double bed & a sofa bed. Room requests can be taken but cannot be guaranteed.

 

Match tickets for the majority of bookings are seated together but we cannot guarantee this, especially in the case of odd numbers. For most packages for Tottenham & Man City our tickets are in pairs, so groups larger than 2 cannot be guaranteed to be seated together.

 

Whilst Skelton Travel will endeavour to inform all clients of any rescheduled games, it is the clients responsibility to keep up to date with matchday updates - we do not accept any responsibility for clients failing to recognise that a matchday KO has changed. All tours are subject to sufficient numbers. 

Full balances are due 6 weeks before departure. After this date bookings may be cancelled if you fail to contact the office.

 

All persons travelling on the coach should undertake, accept and follow the instructions issued by coach driver and/or courier. Any persons failing to comply with the instructions will be removed from the trip and no refunds will be issued. No alcohol is allowed to be consumed on any coach. We also operate a no bag policy on the coaches; everything should be placed in the hold below.

Travel insurance is not included with any package booked, we recommend that you purchase travel insurance prior to travelling.

 

Complaints: If you have a complaint please notify the person in charge immediately; whether it be the courier, driver, or by making a call with the office. If the issue is not resolved to your satisfaction, please notify our office in writing 14 days after your return.

 

 

Products that we, Skelton Travel, sell as agents

In some cases when our own allocation of matchday packages are sold out, we may act as an agent to fulfil a booking on behalf of our clients. These bookings; whilst subject to the relevant agency T&C's are also under the T&C's of the above mentioned Skelton Travel packages. In the case of hospitality bookings, larger deposits or full payment may be required at the time of booking. With these packages the itineraries/tickets are sent the week leading up to the game and are for the majority of the case digital entry. This will be confirmed at your time of booking.

 

Non-Football Coach Tours

All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Cancellations made up to 35 days before departure will result in loss of deposit; cancellations made within 35 days of the date of departure will result in loss of full tour cost.

All itineraries are finalised 10 days before departure; any itinerary up to this point must be taken as provisional. We do not accept responsiblity for any monies lost as a result of changes to the itinerary. We reserve the right to make further changes to the itinerary due to weather or traffic.

If any specific room requests are made we will try our best to accommodate but these cannot be guaranteed and are at the hotels discretion. Triple/family rooms are typically made up of one double bed and a sofa bed/single bed.

 

Concert Coaches

All coach bookings must be made in full at the time of booking. No refunds will be given in the case of a cancellation. In the event that the show is cancelled/postponed then your booking will be transferred to the new date. If this date does not suit then a refund will be offered; please note that refunds cannot be given until a new date is confirmed.

There is absolutely no alcohol permitted onboard our coaches. In order to prevent alcohol being taken onboard, any large bags or carrier bags will not be permitted on the coach; anyone attempting to bring these onboard will have their bags placed in the baggage hold. Any abuse towards the courier/driver will not be tolerated and will result in us refusing you entry to the coach with no refunds given. Anyone behaving in a rowdy manner will be refused entry onto the coach & no refund will be given. The safety & comfort of our clients is our priority

The vast majority of our coaches have working toilet facilities onboard, but we cannot guarantee this.

 

Clients will be issued with departure times for coaches approx 10 days before the concert date; with an approximate arrival time to the venue. Whilst we endevour to adhere to these times, please consider that there may be traffic delays, especially when approaching the venue. We do not accept any responsibility for loss of monies/reservations in the event of a later arrival.

We will park as close to the concert venue as possible, but you may be required to walk a distance to the venue. The coach will depart from the same place that you are dropped off, or as close as possible. All coaches will be given a departure time from the venue after the concert. It is the clients SOLE responsibility to return to the coach on time. Coaches will not wait for latecomers and we do not accept any responsibility for clients that miss the coach as a result of being late.

 

 

 

The information contained in our brochure, on our website and in our other advertising material is believed correct to the best of our knowledge at the time of printing or publication. However, errors may occasionally occur and information may subsequently change. You must therefore ensure you check all details of your chosen holiday (including the price) with us or your travel agent at the time of booking.

 

 

Should you have a complaint about any aspect of your booking you must notify a representative of Skelton Travel. Any verbal notification must then be put in writing and given to Skelton Travel as soon as possible. Most problems can be dealt with quickly. If you remain dissatisfied, you must write to us within 28 days of your return. Any complaints concerned with the arrangements of your holiday will be dealt with carefully and fairly by our staff.
