All bookings must be confirmed with a non-refundable deposit
Please note that this season at Man Utd only those with full Man Utd memberships may
avail of ticket sevices. Membership is not included in this package and must be
purchased by the client from the club separately. Matchday tickets will be sent
digitally to all clients prior to departure and can be accessed by clients through the
Man Utd app
Cancellations will result in loss of deposit up to 35 days before departure. Any
cancellations made within 35 days of departure will result in loss of full monies due.
Final balances are due 6 weeks before departure. We endeavour to send reminder
emails to all clients, but it is the clients responsibility to make the final payment on time.
Failure to pay the balance on time may result in cancellation of your booking.
Please note the date of all games is subject to change due to TV scheduling or team
involvement in other competitions. If the date of your match changes; your booking will
automatically transfer to the new date; no refunds will be given if you are unable to
attend the new date. Full confirmation of booking and itineraries will be posted 10 days
prior to departure. Full balance is due 6 weeks prior to departure. Please be aware that
the date of the scheduled match is the date on your booking confirmation; for overnight
coach tours we may depart the day before depending on confirmed kick off times. Full
itineraries will be posted 10 days before departure, please familiarise yourself with the
dates & times given. We will not be held responsible for failure to correctly read the
itinerary. Provisional itineraries can be requested at the time of booking however these
are not final and we reserve the right to make any further changes to these. Furthermore,
we reserve the right to make any late changes to ferry crossings/routes/times due to
instances out of our control ie/ traffic, weather. If a ferry is late we may decide to travel
on a different ferry/take an alternate route to ensure our clients make it to the football
match on time we are not responsible for any plans disrupted/monies lost by clients as
a result of these changes. Room requests can be taken but cannot be guaranteed.
Triple/Family rooms are typically made up of one double bed & one sofa bed. Child
reductions are available, only when a child is sharing a room with 2 adults.
All coach tours will have a courier onboard, if you have any queries or complaints they
must be brought to the couriers attention so they can attempt to resolve these issues.
For any problems with ticket & hotel bookings please contact us via email on
info@skeltontravel.co.uk if you are having problems on your football break. Emails are
monitored regularly and we will endevour to resolve this as soon as possible.
In the unlikely event that we arent ablt to resolve these issues, complaints must be
made in writing and we will reply within 28 days of receipt
