Please note we are unable to offer ticket only for this package. Clients will be sent their match tickets digitally through the IRFU Ticketmaster portal the week leading up to the match, we are unable to offer physical paper tickets.

All deposits are non-refundable upon booking. Loss of deposit will result if a cancellation is made up to 35 days before the event. If cancellation takes place within 35 days then the full amount will be lost.

Packages cannot be split and are sold only as coach & ticket packages. Anyone wishing to purchase a package and not availing of the travel - we ask that you let us know before departure to avoid unnecessary waiting on the day of the event. Match tickets are distributed digitally prior to departure and must be downloaded correctly onto a mobile device. We accept no responsibility for clients failure so complete ticket download process. Price categories reflect the seat locations and are decided by the venue. We cannot guarantee any specific seat locations. We will endeavour to seat all parties together but we cannot guarantee this.

No alcohol is permitted onboard the coaches. Whilst most coaches do have toilet facilities onboard, some do not and we cannot guarantee access to a toilet on the coach. We will make a comfort stop at Applegreen on the way to Dublin. There will be no stops on the return journey. Coaches will park on the South Bank Road, which is a 15 minute walk to the Aviva Stadium. This is a coach with a set departure time and we are unable to wait for latecomers. We highly recommend you join the Whatsapp group, the link to this will be sent with your final itinerary approx 10 days before departure. Location pins for the coach will be dropped to aid your return to the coach. Please note abusive behaviour towards coach drivers and trip couriers will not be tolerated and may result in refusal of service, with no refunds given. Those refused service due to drunken/disorderly/abusive conduct will not be compensated for alternative arrangements. Final itineraries are sent by email 10 days before matchday. We reserve the right to make any further changes to this depending on any instances, for example weather/traffic delays, if these are made on the day, the courier will endeavour to communicate these as safely and quickly as possible, either by announcing onboard or sending a message via the Whatsapp group.

In the unlikely event you aren't satisfied with your package, we ask that you first bring this to the attention of the trip courier, who will endeavour to address any concerns.
