All deposits are non- refundable. In the event that the trip cannot proceed we will rearrange for a later date. If this date does not suit then clients will be eligible for a refund. Unfortunately we cannot refund clients due to them testing positive for Covid-19 close to the time of departure. We recommend that if this is something you are concerned about that you take out adequate travel insurance.

Final itineraries are sent to clients 10 days before departure. We reserve the right to make further changes to these itineraries; due to but not limited by weather or traffic disruptions.
