All deposits paid are non-refundable. Cancellations made up to 35 days before departure will result in loss of deposit. Any cancellations made within 35 days of departure will result in loss of all monies paid.
If the tour cannot proceed we will endeavour to reschedule the dates for as soon as possible. If the newly arranged dates do not suit then a client may request a refund of monies paid. We cannot issue refunds until new dates are arranged
Final itineraries are confirmed 10 days before departure. Provisional itineraries up until this point are subject to change and we accept no responsibility for any losses that may occur if individuals have booked their own excursions. We reserve the right to make any further amendments to the tour itinerary in case of weather conditions/traffic conditions/health & safety of our clients onboard.
If any specific room requests are made we will try our best to accommodate but these cannot be guaranteed and are at the hotels discretion. Triple/Family rooms are made up of a double bed & sofabed and are only suitable for 2 ad 1ch/2ad 2ch. The hotel for this tour cannot accommodate 3 adults to a room as per their booking T&Cs - this is beyond our control and cannot be amended under any circumstance.
