All coach bookings must be made in full at the time of booking. No refunds will be given in the case of a client cancellation. In the event that the show is cancelled/postponed then your booking will be transferred to the new date. If this date does not suit then a refund will be offered; please note that refunds cannot be given until a new date is confirmed.

The vast majority of our coaches have working toilet facilities onboard, but we cannot guarantee this.

There is absolutely no alcohol permitted onboard our coaches. In order to prevent alcohol being taken onboard, any large bags or carrier bags will not be permitted on the coach; anyone attempting to bring these onboard will have their bags placed in the baggage hold. Any abuse towards the courier/driver will not be tolerated and will result in us refusing you entry to the coach with no refunds given. Anyone behaving in a rowdy manner will be refused entry onto the coach & no refund will be given. The safety & comfort of our clients is our priority

We will park as close to the 3 Arena as possible. The coach will depart at a set time. Skelton Travel are not responsible for people making their way back to the coach and will depart from the coach park at the time stated on your itinerary of travel, which will be sent to clients approx 10 days before departure
